Christina will share ideas and group practises in Deep and Quantum Listening, followed by Tibetan bowl sound healing and a live lying down classical piano concert experience.

SESSION 3 SATURDAY 14 OCTOBER 3.00 – 5.00PM

GO DEEPER INTO CREATIVITY

Now you’re tuned in, relaxed, discover your creativity with an exploration of resonance and listening.

Cellist and yoga teacher Naomi will guide through gentle and mindful movements to do from your mattress.

Sounds: Tibetan Bowls and Naomi Watts playing live Cello including solo Bach and duos with piano.

SESSION 4 SATURDAY 14 OCTOBER 6.15 – 8.15PM

PRE BED TIME PAMPER

Engage all your senses with rituals to relax and pamper yourself followed by a live lying down sound healing and classical concert experience to maximise the benefits.

Tibetan bowls +Piano.

SESSION 5 SUNDAY 15 OCTOBER 11.00- 1.15PM

IMMERSION OF SOUND, MUSIC & NATURE

A mindful walk in nature – collecting sounds in our memories and allow our bodies to feel rested and supported in nature, tuning into resonance with it. Carrying this back to our space we’ll welcome these vibrations to be part of our lying down concert experience.

SESSION 6 SUNDAY 15 OCTOBER 3.00PM – 5.00PM

RAISE YOUR VIBRATION

A focus on aligning all the chakras with Tibetan bowls and Binaural sounds which help the brain to create new connections,

With a focus on the Tibetan bowls direct application on the body, this helps to quickly align the bodies energy and clear anything that’s stuck. You’ll leave fully alive and positively vibrating.
