A Deeper Listening – Gong Taster Day

Ever wanted to try your hand with the gongs?

Would you like to experience a day of re-connecting on a deeper level through the gong and meditation? Then come along and experience a deeper listening on all levels of your being and create a space for true healing and connection with a group of like-minded souls.

Meditation can seem like such a hard thing for many, but when you introduce the sound of the gong it can feel so much easier! (Sometimes 🙂 )

This taster day is as an introduction to how we can start to truly cultivate this kind of listening as we begin to tune into our own divine energy and our connection with the gong.

There will also be the opportunity for a winter re-set after lunch with the wonderful Qi Gong teacher Sian Eden ready to refresh, open and ground our energy.

The day will run from 10am – 4pm with 1hr for lunch with time to sit outside and soak up the beautiful environment.

The group will be small with a maximum of 9 participants to give everyone a chance to experience receiving and playing the gongs.

Please do arrive in plenty of time – ideally 9.30am to connect with a cup of tea or coffee in this stunning place.
Lunch is included but do please bring your own water to have throughout the day.
