Survival Ecology, outdoor saunas and tour of the kitchen garden.

A day filled with conversation, exploration and learning. Starting saunas accompanied by refreshments, browsing displays and networking. Stephen set the sauna up next to the natural swimming pool. Which not only acted as a beautiful back drop but, an incredible plunge pool!

Then a talk on Survival Ecology in Asthall Manor ballroom with questions. This was followed by parallel sessions, with participants swapping between sessions.

Tours of Asthall Manor kitchen garden by grower/permaculturist Tim Mitchell. And a tours of the meadow area and bathing pond. Lastly a discussion session on how to take things forward practically, in our own neighbourhoods and especially in the Mid Windrush area.
