A new use for the Hons cupboard

We’ve been drying our apple rings in the Hons cupboard. This was the airing space which, as the warmest room in the house, was the younger Mitford sisters’ favourite place to sit and worry about the world. It happens to be the perfect temperature for drying the rings we made out of our apple harvest this year.
